Information about the registration fees:
- Prices above include VAT.
- Included in the registration fees:
- Admission to conference-venue.
- Admission and participation in technical sessions, opening -and closing ceremony.
- Admission to the Exhibition area.
- Welcome reception.
- Organ concert at Nidarosdomen the 17th of June.
- Coffee/simple lunch during the conference days 16-19th of June.
- Proceedings of the conference.
- Workshops and Technical visits have a separate fee.
- The Organizing Committee of EUROCK 2025 can provide Letter of Invitation to those participants in our conference that need such documentation. Application for this shall be done during the registration process in our Sign-up form, and will be provided after the registration fee is paid.
Payment
EUROCK2025 accepts only payment via Credit Card. Payment will be done via our PCO TIBE Atlantic’s account. If your organization requires an invoice in advance, an invoice for several participants, or if you have any other special requirements, please contact TIBE Atlantic (post@atlanticmice.no) to give details of your requirements.
All amounts are handled in NOK, so we recommend you check the currency with your bank.
Please carefully fill in the number of your card, the expiry date and the three or four digit security code (CVC) on the back of the card on the signature strip. Please include the name of the credit card holder as it is written on the card.
No credit card details will be stored on TIBE Atlantic’s servers, all payment details are passed to the credit card handler in real-time.
Cancellation and changes to booking:
- Cancellation/changes made after the registration deadline will incur an administration fee of NOK 300.
- For cancellations made between 90-60 days before the event start, up to 50% of the booking (meals, hotel accommodation, travel) will be charged.
- For cancellations made between 60-14 days before the event start, up to 75% of the booking (meals, hotel accommodation, travel) will be charged.
- For cancellations less than 14 days before the event start, or if the participant does not show up, up to 100% of the booking (meals, hotel accommodation, travel) will be charged.
We recommend taking out appropriate travel and cancellation insurance for your registration fee, hotel and airline booking. This is often included with credit card transactions, but check your own policy for details. Please also ensure that you have appropriate health insurance coverage. Please check beforehand if you need a visa to Norway and inform yourself about the visa application procedures and the time needed for processing a visa application.
